Although unlimited Mileage, CDW Insurance without Excess, Personal Accident and Theft Insurance are included in the rates for all vehicles (except for group P), all accidents, vehicle damage or theft MUST be reported to the Rental Company within 24 hours of such damage by TELEPHONING the S.O.S. Assistance number printed on the top of the Rental Contract. ALSO THE POLICE SHOULD BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY AND A COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT OBTAINED; this is mandatory in the event of an injury. The current booking system can only record the named driver who is responsible for the vehicle. In reality, that person may or may not do most of the driving! When the vehicle is collected, the rental company should be asked to add any additional driver names and licence details to the contract.
For all bookings made on 11 March 2010 and thereafter, all additional drivers will incur a charge 2.50 Euros per driver per day with a maximum of 25 Euros per driver per rental period. The charges are payable at the vehicle rental collection point with a CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) in the principal driver's name.
The vehicle insurance covers all drivers whose names and driving licence details are entered by the rental company on the rental contract. All drivers must present their driving licences at the vehicle collection point. A maximum of 4 drivers is permitted per rental vehicle.

Only persons of 21 years or more who have held a full valid driving licence for 12 months may drive the listed vehicles - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
For all bookings made on 11 March 2010 and thereafter, any driver who is either under 25 years of age or who has held their driving licence for less than 4 years, will have to pay a fee of 3.0 Euros per day, with a maximum charge of 42.0 Euros per rental. Regrettably this fee is necessary because of the high risk of accidents with such drivers.
Currently, there is no upper age limit. All drivers must have their driving licences available for inspection at the vehicle pick-up location and must carry them and their passports whenever they are driving their vehicles.

Desks at ALL AIRPORT LOCATIONS are open 365 days per year. All airport desks are located in the respective Arrivals Halls at MOST AIRPORT LOCATIONS.
All named airports have desks in their respective arrival halls (except for REUS, SEVILLA and VALENCIA - see below). Check-in for vehicles ordered for collection at specified airports is always at one of these desks which are operated by multi-lingual staff. The vehicles are located in reserved parking areas of the airports which are within walking distance of the arrivals halls.
Desks at ALICANTE, MALAGA & PALMA (Majorca) airports are normally open from 0700 until vehicle collection is required. All desks are in the Airport Arrivals Halls. At MALAGA the desk is in TERMINAL B, which is the terminal used for all EU flights. For the smaller airports, the desks are open as follows:
ALMERIA: 0830 to 2300 hours.
GERONA: 0800 to 2400 hours.
GRANADA: 0700 to 2300 hours.
MURCIA: 0900 to 2300 hours (Summer Period) and 0900 to 2230 hours (Winter Period).
JEREZ: 0700 to 2300 hours.
On December 25 & 31 and January 01 each year, the above airport office desks will be open from 0700 until the last flight.
At REUS, SEVILLA and VALENCIA airports where we do not have airport desks, the courtesy bus services operate at all the required times for clients arriving by air.
The "Off Airport" offices are open EVERY DAY throughout the year, except 24 December, as follows:
At SEVILLA and VALENCIA, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED DURING THE OFFICE OPENING HOURS (0700 to 2300 and 0800 to 2300 respectively). At REUS there is an out of hours arrangement for returning vehicles (see FAQ “Office Opening Hours, Christmas & Fiesta Closures” ).
PLEASE NOTE THAT each year on December 24 only, ALL AIRPORT DESKS CLOSE at 2000 hours & NON-AIRPORT OFFICES CLOSE at 1930 hours. No bookings can be accepted for vehicle collection after this time.
Desks at LAS PALMAS, GRAN CANARIA and TENERIFE SOUTH airports are open from 0700 to 2300 hours. Collections after 2300 hours are possible at an additional local charge of 30 Euros per car. It is ESSENTIAL that flight numbers are ENTERED ON THE BOOKING FORM when the car is booked and subsequently amended (as instructed on the confirmation voucher) if altered.
There is no "Out of Hours" charge at any Spanish mainland or Majorca airport location.
Any local charge payments are made and vehicle documents/keys are collected either at the Airport desks , the Reus, Sevilla or Valencia rental offices or the other non-airport offices.

The Spanish Airport Authority regulation for "non on-airport suppliers" requires the following procedure at Reus Airport:
ARRIVALS: After collecting their luggage, all clients must follow directions to the "MEETING POINT" sign. Up to 07 August 2009, at the meeting point situated outside, just in front of the arrivals hall there will be a car with a Goldcar sign on top of it. A Goldcar Rental employee will be waiting there for the clients and will escort them to the courtesy bus which will take them to the Goldcar Rental office. The office is about 1 kilometre from the airport.
From 8th August onwards, the meeting point will be at the same place but with a shuttle bus having Goldcar signage. Clients will be taken by this shuttle bus to the Goldcar office from where they will collect their cars.
CAR RENTALS RETURNS DURING OFFICE OPENING HOURS (0800 TO 2100): Compound - Goldcar Rental, Ctra. Tarragona KM 521, 43204 Reus (Tarragona). Tel: 977 300 709 - Fax: 977 301 878. After check-out, the shuttle bus will take the clients to the airport.
FROM 8th AUGUST 2009 ONWARDS, it will be possible to return rental vehicles OUTSIDE REGULAR OFFICE HOURS as follows:
Clients must park their cars inside the airport at the Car Park 3 (P.3) This car park is situated opposite the entrance of Car Park 1 (P. 1). At the exit of Car Park 3, clients will find a Goldcar car (an orange coloured Kia Picanto with Goldcar signage and license plate number 7899GFS). Rental vehicles keys must be deposited inside this car through the driver's side open window.

The Spanish Airport Authority regulation for "Non On-Airport Suppliers" requires the following procedure at Sevilla Airport:
ARRIVALS: After collecting their luggage, all clients MUST MEET at the new meeting point in the Arrivals Hall and NOT go outside to the bus stop parking place as previously instructed. A Goldcar Rental employee will be waiting at this new meeting point and will escort clients to the Goldcar Rental courtesy bus which will take them to the rental office at the "SHELL EUROSEVILLA" petrol station compound which is located about 1 kilometre from the airport.

With effect from 15th September 2008 Goldcar Rental will stop using the minivan in the car park at Valencia airport. Instead, they will provide the service to clients from a brand new office near the airport. A shuttle-bus with a Goldcar Logo on it will be provided from the airport to their office and vice versa.
From the airport arrivals hall, clients should go directly to the courtesy bus stop situated on the 1st floor (Departures). Clients will be taken to the new rental office, from where they will collect their cars. Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport. Each client will be provided with a map showing how to return to the Goldcar office.
The rental office will be open every day from 0800 to 2300. Collection and return of cars MUST be within these opening hours.

The main Goldcar Rental desk at Malaga airport is in the arrivals hall of Terminal "A". Goldcar Rental also have another desk in Terminal "B".
Some flights are being diverted to Terminal "B" and clients arriving unexpectedly at this terminal may find that this desk is closed. In this event, clients should use the customer internal telephone to contact a Goldcar Rental staff member who will then attend to them.

The additional insurance fee for the above service is 8.00 Euros per day or part day, with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental, payable at the respective pick-up locations by CREDIT card in the name of the principal driver. The charges apply to the ENTIRE rental periods, NOT just to the days when cars are taken to Andorra or the south of France.
The Rental Company must be advised of any intended visits to Andorra or the south of France when vehicles are collected. It should be remembered that in the event of a vehicle breakdown, the normal service from the Rental Company may take longer than it would in Spain. The cost of baby and child seats is not included in the car rental price. Three sizes of child seat are available. Infant Seats (locally known as Maxicosi) for children aged 2 to 9 months, Baby Seats for children between 9 months and 3 years and Booster Seats for children from 3 years plus. The Infant Seats are normally rear-facing but cannot be guaranteed. Clients requiring rear-facing seats are therefore advised to take their own.
If requested at the time of booking or by amending a previous booking, seats will be supplied by the Rental Company for collection by the Client at the pick-up point desk. For all bookings made on 11 March 2010 and thereafter, a charge of 3.50 Euros per day per seat (Maximum 42.00 Euros per seat per rental period) is payable at the vehicle rental collection point with a CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) in the principal driver's name.
MULTIPLE seats for different age groups may be ordered at the time of booking or by amending a previous booking. Please note that certain groups of cars are not suitable for baby or child seats and the number requested must be compatible with the number of rear and/or intermediate passenger seats provided in the vehicle.
On the island of Mallorca a deposit of 30 Euros per seat is required at the car collection point. This amount will always be refunded to Clients if the seats are returned and in the same condition as supplied.
IMPORTANT: For security reasons, baby and child seats MUST be fitted by the parent or guardian.

To make a booking or obtain a quotation, please go to the home page and enter your preferred destination, dates, times (using the 24 hour clock protocol) and choice of car(s). Please make your selection by following the on-screen instructions.
If you then wish to book a car, please complete the required fields and finally make sure that you hit the "Press ONCE to complete the booking" button at the end of the booking process. You will be informed by email if your booking is successful or not.
The booking form requires the arrival flight number to be entered in order to assist the car rental staff to identify the actual flight arrival time and any flight delays. This information is vital for clients arriving at GRANADA airport.
Clients who are not arriving at any car pick-up point by air should enter "Walk In" in the "Flight Number" box on the booking form.
Bookings are made with small deposits taken with either debit or a credit cards (not Diners or American Express cards). When a booking has been confirmed, the balance becomes payable at the vehicle pick-up point by the principal driver using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in his/her own name. Debit cards, Diners & American Express cards or cash are not accepted for balance payments.
No payment is taken for any failed booking.

If there are problems in making a booking, it is most likely that the booking procedure was not completed. Therefore, please log into www.autosespana.com and follow the on-line instructions. Please make sure that you complete the required information and enter your card details without spaces between the numbers. Finally press the "Press ONCE to Complete Booking" button.
If all is OK you will receive a confirmation email with an attached voucher. If there is a problem with the booking (e.g. your credit card details do not match those held by your credit card issuing bank), you will receive an email detailing the problem.
You will only be charged for successful bookings.

Cars may be taken to other Canary islands at a local charge of 8.00 Euros per day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental for the ENTIRE rental period, otherwise the car insurance will be invalid.
All cars MUST be always returned to the airport of collection. No deliveries or collections are possible on either island.

If you want to make changes to an existing booking, please login to the "Existing Customers Login Here" section of our Home page using your "username" and "password" as stated in your vehicle confirmation email. Please remember that these are "Case Sensitive". Please follow the on-screen instructions to make the amendments. These are similar to the original booking procedure.
As well as any changes whatsoever to actual bookings, changes can now be made online to ALL your personal details, except for the allocated "username".
Should it not be possible to comply with your amendment (perhaps upgrading to a specialist vehicle at short notice), you will have the choice of either keeping the original booking or cancelling it. Please use the check-box as appropriate BEFORE sending the requested amendment.
PLEASE NOTE that no actual booking amendment (except for change of return details) is possible within 24 hours of vehicle pick-up. This time-scale is subject to extension - especially during holiday periods. In the event that there is a change within 24 hours of pick-up, please deal with the query on arrival at the pick-up point. No online changes to a booking can be made after a vehicle has been collected.

The booking system is designed to be very secure. Part of the on-line credit card verification procedure requires each customer's credit card issuing bank to check that the address, postcode and card security details as entered on to this e-commerce web site match exactly with the records held by each customer's bank. These security procedures cannot be relaxed.
If a booking is rejected and you have received the following message "The address and/or postcode you supplied does not match the registered billing address of your credit/debit card", please contact your credit card issuing bank and confirm that you both have the same address details (they probably have more than one database & you need them to check the data base which contains your SECURITY DETAILS as well as YOUR ADDRESS - NOT the database which is used to send you mail). Do not contact the bank where your current or deposit accounts are located (e.g. contact Barclaycard not Barclays Bank plc).

Diesel vehicles may be requested but not guaranteed. If a diesel vehicle has been requested and is available at the pick-up point an extra charge of a few Euros per day will be applied.
If a petrol car has been requested and there is a choice of petrol or diesel at the pick-up point there will be an extra charge for a diesel. However, if there are only diesel vehicles available at pick-up, no extra charge will be levied.

The main driver of a rented vehicle must produce their passport and driving licence for verification at the vehicle collection point. All other drivers must also produce their driving licences at the same time. When driving in Spanish territory, the person actually driving must carry their passport, driving licence and the vehicle-hire contract (provided at vehicle collection) with them at all times. It is a punishable offence not to have these documents available. Driving licences recognised by Spanish Authorities include the European Licence. If in doubt, Clients should check with the Spanish Consulate or Embassy before leaving home.

During the booking procedure Clients are asked to enter their email addresses. As a check they are also asked to repeat this information. It is VITAL that such email addresses are correctly entered. Autos Espana will not be able to send the necessary vehicle rental information and vouchers to Clients unless correct email addresses are given.
The facility to amend email addresses (and all other booking and personal information) is now available to exisiting Clients who may do so by logging on to the "Existing Customers Login Here" on our Home page with the "username" and "password" as stated on the original booking confirmation email. Goldcar Rental have their own Roadside Assistance Department which is open 24 hours per day. In the event of a TRAFFIC ACCIDENT or VEHICLE BREAKDOWN, clients MUST telephone the EMERGENCY (S.O.S. Assistance) telephone number printed on the top of the Rental Contract and give the nature of the emergency together with the vehicle location as accurately as possible. It is always wise for clients to have their own mobile telephone with them.

The cost of the fuel is not included in the rental price and payment for fuel must be made at the vehicle pick-up point. Payment MUST be made only by the named principal driver with a Visa or Mastercard CREDIT CARD. (American Express, Diners Cards, Debit Cards and Cash will not be accepted).
A full tank is supplied for ALL rentals and the Client returns the vehicle with an "empty" tank. There are no refunds on unused fuel, except for hire periods of 3 days or less, when the value of the remaining fuel in the vehicle will be refunded to the hirer's credit card account. Fuel charges, currently between 45 and 120 Euros, are based on the car manufacturer's specified fuel tank capacity for each model of car and the prevailing price of fuel as given on the Spanish Ministry of Trade and Tourism Website (www.mityc.es) The prices are not based on petrol station prices. Petrol driven vehicles are supplied with 98 octane fuel as recommended by the majority of vehicle manufacturers.

Cars may be taken to other Canary islands at a local charge of 8.00 Euros per day for the entire rental period, otherwise the car insurance will be invalid.
All cars MUST be always returned to the airport of collection. No deliveries or collections are possible on either island.

A security deposit of 1,500 Euros is required for groups P and PP, all other vehicles are fully insured against damage or loss without any excess payable by the clients (Please see FAQ "Insurance" for full information).

Unlimited Mileage, CDW Insurance without Excess, Personal Accident and Theft Insurance are included in the rates for all vehicles, except groups P & PP where a security deposit of 1,500 Euros is required. All drivers must be 21 or over and who have held a full licence for 12 months. (Please see FAQ "Age of Drivers & Young/Inexperienced Drivers Fee")
The vehicle insurance covers all drivers whose names and driving licence details are entered by the rental company on the rental contract. Personal insurance cover for all drivers and passengers is included, but only while they are in the car. The insurance does not cover clients' personal property stolen from the vehicle. It is therefore recommended that for complete personal cover, all drivers and passengers make private arrangements, perhaps by visiting www.autosespana.goldcover.net/ or clicking on to the Gold Cover "Links" button (this is available only for UK citizens). Clients are always responsible for incurred traffic fines and the loss of car keys.
Clients are also responsible for the uninsurable risks of damage to wheels, wheel trims, hubcaps, tyres, clutch, underbody, window glass and car interior if such incidents occur independently and are not associated with general traffic accidents or total losses. These uninsurable risk conditions are the same for all car rental companies, whether stated or not. Additionally, a charge may be made for unnecessary call-outs caused by clients or members of their party (e.g. leaving lights on and running the battery flat), together with any consequential costs. Towing costs are not usually covered.
Goldcar Rental now offers two optional insurance policies that have been launched in response to customers' requests, as follows:
The "Basic" policy covers: Windows, Tyres & Wheels. The cost of this insurance is:
From 1 day to 6 days: 20 Euros.
From 7 days to 8 days: 24 Euros.
From 9 days to 28 days: 3 Euros per day with a maximum of 36 Euros.
More than 28 days: 90 Euros.
The better optional policy, called "Relax Insurance" covers: Wheels, Tyres, Undercarriage, Windows, Clutch, Battery, Transport, Replacement of lost Keys, Towing Costs and a Free Transfer Service. This optional policy therefore gives the same cover normally provided by the CDW insurance in a general accident, including all towing costs without conditions. The cost of this insurance is:
From 1 day to 6 days: 30 Euros.
From 7 days to 28 days: 5 Euros per day with a maximum of 60 Euros.
More than 28 days: 90 Euros.
Payment for either policy must be made with a CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) in the principal driver's name.

The principal driver is responsible for the prompt return of the vehicle to the specified location at the specified date and time. There is however currently a 3 hour period of grace but unless the rental period has been properly extended, failure to return the vehicle within the specified times plus 3 hours, will invalidate the vehicle insurance and incur a penalty of 30 Euros per day/part day plus the appropriate daily rental rate. Local charges include fuel, child/baby/infant seats, all additional drivers, charge for a requested diesel engined vehicle and optional insurance for damage to items not covered in isolation of a general accident or write-off.

On the island of Majorca a deposit of 30 Euros per seat is required at the car collection point. This amount will always be refunded to Clients if the seats are returned and in the same condition as supplied.

Clients can take their vehicles from Majorca to other Balearic Islands.
The additional insurance fee for the above service is 8.00 Euros per day or part day, with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental, payable at the respective pick-up location on Majorca by CREDIT card in the name of the principal driver. The charges apply to the ENTIRE rental periods, NOT just to the days when cars are taken to other Balearic islands.
The Rental Company must be advised of any intended visits to other islands when vehicles are collected. It should be remembered that in the event of a vehicle breakdown, the normal service from the Rental Company may take longer than it would on Majorca. All cars MUST be returned to one of the Rental Company's Majorca locations.

The maximum rental period is 90 days. Clients who require cars for longer periods are advised to make consecutive bookings and then change their cars at the most convenient office. There are no charges for one way rentals of 7 days or more (please also see FAQ "One Way Journeys").

Desks at ALL AIRPORT LOCATIONS are open 365 days per year.
PLEASE NOTE THAT each year on December 24 only, ALL AIRPORT DESKS CLOSE at 2000 hours & NON-AIRPORT OFFICES CLOSE at 1930 hours. No bookings can be accepted for vehicle collection after this time. The airport office desks will be open from 0700 until the last flight on December 25 & 31 and January 01 each year. However, the following opening hours at SEVILLA and VALENCIA of 0800 to 2300 and at REUS of 0800 to 2100, will apply EVERY DAY throughout the year.
Desks at ALICANTE, MALAGA & PALMA (Majorca) airports are normally open from 0700 until vehicle collection is required. All desks are in the Airport Arrivals Halls. At MALAGA the desk is in TERMINAL B, which is the terminal used for all EU flights. For the smaller airports, the desks are open as follows:
ALMERIA: 0830 to 2300 hours.
GERONA: 0800 to 2400 hours.
GRANADA: 0700 to 2300 hours.
MURCIA: 0900 to 2300 hours.
JEREZ: 0700 to 2300 hours.
At REUS, SEVILLA and VALENCIA airports where we do not have airport desks, the courtesy bus services operate at all the required times for clients arriving by air. At REUS and SEVILLA there is a “Meeting Point” in the Arrivals Hall. At VALENCIA, Clients must go directly to the bus stop situated on the 1st floor (Departures). All Clients will be provided with a map showing how to return to the airport offices.
At SEVILLA and VALENCIA, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED DURING THE OFFICE OPENING HOURS (0700 to 2300 and 0800 to 2300 respectively).
At REUS, vehicles must be returned to the depot during the office opening hours of 0800 to 2100 hours. Outside of these hours they can be returned inside the airport Parking Garage P.3, which is in front of parking garage P.1. The keys should be put through the slightly open driver’s side window of a green (pistachio) and white coloured Goldcar vehicle (labelled with the Goldcar Rental company name, with licence plate A3290CF.) at the exit of P.3.
Desks at LAS PALMAS on GRAN CANARIA, LANZAROTE and TENERIFE SOUTH airports are open from 0700 to 2300 hours. Collections after 2300 hours are possible at an additional local charge of 30 Euros per car. It is ESSENTIAL that flight numbers are ENTERED ON THE BOOKING FORM when the car is booked and subsequently amended (as instructed on the confirmation voucher) if altered.
For ALL NON-AIRPORT OFFICES, the normal opening hours and Fiesta closures are given below. Vehicles can only be collected and returned during the specified opening hours for each office location. PLEASE SEE the "Late Bookings" FAQ for bookings less than 24 hours in advance.

Vehicles may be collected at any specified Spanish mainland point and returned to another specified Spanish mainland point free of charge for rentals of 7 days or more. The same condition applies to rentals on Majorca between Palma airport and the Palma downtown office.
For all bookings made on 11 March 2010 and thereafter, all one-way rentals of less than 7 days will incur a charge of 30 Euros. Additionally, vehicles either abandoned or returned to a different location to that specified on the contract will incur a charge of 30 Euros plus the transport costs of returning the car to the agreed location. All such charges will be payable by the named principal driver with a Visa or Mastercard CREDIT CARD in his or her name.

All vehicle bookings must be secured with a deposit payment in GB Pounds at the time of booking. The deposit must be made with either a debit card or a credit card (not American Express or Diners cards). Cash payments are not possible.
The final balance in Euros must be paid at the vehicle pick-up point with a CREDIT card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the principal driver. Debit cards, American Express, Diners or Cash will NOT be accepted for the balance payment. The due balance in Euros will be printed on the Car Rental Voucher.
No payment is taken for any failed booking.

Vehicles are booked by vehicle group and the Rental Company reserves the right to allocate any model of vehicle within the stated vehicle group. Therefore no model of vehicle nor preference for diesel or petrol engined vehicle can be guaranteed although specified requests will be honoured where possible. If there is a choice of petrol or diesel vehicle available at the time of pick-up a small additional charge may be levied by the vehicle supplier for a diesel model.

We regret that with effect from 01 November 2005, roof racks are NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ANY VEHICLE GROUP. Sadly, this decision was made as a result of persistent vehicle abuse by a minority of clients when loading luggage on to roof racks and causing roof damage.

Vehicles may ONLY be taken out of Spain to ANDORRA, GIBRALTAR, PORTUGAL and FRANCE; they must NEVER be taken to any other country.
Vehicles may be taken to Gibraltar and Portugal, but only for clients who collect their vehicles from Almeria, Granada, Malaga, Jerez or Seville airports. Also, vehicles may be taken to Andorra and the south of France, but only for clients who collect their vehicles from Gerona or Reus airports.
Clients can also take their vehicles from Majorca to other Balearic Islands and from Tenerife, Gran Canaria or Lanzarote to other Canary Islands.
The additional insurance fee for the above service is 8.00 Euros per day or part day, with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental, payable at the respective pick-up locations by CREDIT card in the name of the principal driver. The charges apply to the ENTIRE rental periods, NOT just to the days when cars are taken to other countries or islands.

Historically cars were rented out with triangles and reflective jackets, but sadly as most of the equipment was stolen, the policy was changed. Clients are now only given the triangles and jackets provided they leave a deposit of 30 Euros. This deposit is refunded when the safety equipment is returned intact.
If a client's vehicle is inspected by the traffic police and these items are not present in the rental vehicle, the traffic police may impose a fine. However, in this event the Rental Company will reimburse the client on production of the official police receipt.
The Rental Company's staff at all their offices know about this policy but they may not mention it to clients, perhaps only if a client requests such information.

Most cars are changed every 6 months. The larger vehicles and automatic cars may be kept on the fleet for longer periods because of their less frequent use which results in lower mileages.

Vehicle availability for a specific destination can only be confirmed when a booking is actually made. As bookings are made very rapidly from clients around the world, vehicles can soon become unavailable; this is especially so with speciality vehicles and for popular holiday periods. To make a booking or obtain a quotation, please go to the home page and enter your preferred destination, dates, times and choice of car(s). Please make your selection by following the on-screen instructions.
If you then wish to book a car, please complete the required fields and finally make sure that you hit the "Press ONCE to complete the booking" button at the end of the booking process. You will be informed by email if your booking is successful or not.
Bookings are made with small deposits taken with either debit or a credit cards (not Diners or American Express cards). When a booking has been confirmed, the balance becomes payable at the vehicle pick-up point by the principal driver using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in his/her own name. Debit cards, Diners & American Express cards or cash are not accepted for balance payments.
No payment is taken for any failed booking.

When a booking is successfully completed it is confirmed to each client by an email which states any special information (including procedures for reviewing or amending the existing booking and for making additional bookings).
The car rental voucher in HTML format forms part of the confirmatory email; it is also attached to the email in rich text format (RTF). The RTF format is the easiest to open and to print by most computer systems.
It is ESSENTIAL that the voucher (either version) is printed and taken to the Spainish pick-up location to claim the rental car.

Clients who are already in Spain and require cars from airport locations are classed as "Walk Ins" may collect their contracts & car keys from the airport desks with the exception of GRANADA, MALAGA, REUS & SEVILLA.
At Malaga, "Walk Ins" must collect their contract and car keys from a small office in the "Car Returns" area near the departures entrance (clients can only access the arrivals hall desk if arriving by air).

When a booking is made, it is essential that "Walk In" is entered in the Flight Number field on the booking form.
